When sending files via FTP (File Transfer Protocol), you will require information specific to our FTP site. Sending files via FTP is recommended when sending large files.

As there are a number of different FTP programs for MAC and PC platforms, we are unable to provide application specific instructions.

Using an FTP client

Hostname: ftp.crestimpressions.com

User Name: anonymous

Password: (your email address as the password)


When logged in, you will see only 2 folders ... downloads and uploads.
You are unable to download anything in the uploads directory,
and you cannot upload into the downloads directory.
You cannot upload into the root directory ... it must go into the uploads folder.
You cannot delete or rename files.
